  • Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. The order generated by the EHS-Canada Online Store is the official invoice and includes freight, customs clearance fees and applicable taxes depending on your status. Shipping costs displayed during your order could vary depending of the size of the product or products and depending of the destination. If this is the case, we will notify you of the change and will wait for your confirmation before proceeding.

  • As soon as the availability of your order is confirmed and your payment is authorized, we will prepare your order and send it to you. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to notify you of any delay. You will not be charged for undelivered items.

  • When ordered, Purolator, Fedex, Ups, Canada Post or the carrier of your choice will ship between 3 to 14 business days for most cities in Canada.

  • Delivery is only on business days and does not include weekends and statutory holidays. If you place an order overnight, the order will be processed and confirmed within 24 hours, i.e. the next business day.

* Please note that a 10% charge will apply for returns of products ordered in error.


  • For any return of goods to EHS-Canada, either for a refund, repair or replacement of equipment, it is absolutely necessary to request first an authorization by e-mail to obtain a return number (RMA).

  • Please note that refunds are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, the product will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of EHS-Canada.. In the event that we accept a product return after 30 days, EHS-Canada. reserves the right to charge a re-inventory fee.

  • After receipt of the defective goods still under warranty, this will be checked before being replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

  • It is important to complete the RMA request with your contact details, indicating the reason for the return, the product code (s) and the corresponding invoice number. The product codes appear on your invoice.

  • Once your e-mail is sent, wait until you have received your RMA number and instructions by e-mail before sending us the merchandise.

  • Pack the goods correctly in its original box and put it in another box so as not to damage its original packaging.

  • Include the RMA form with the number you will receive by email in the return box.

  • Transportation costs will not be credited.

  • A 5% fee will apply if the original box on return is damaged.
